Shipment- Orders are mailed in Anahat Unnati SFI certified cardboard box or plain shipping boxes, depending on the size of your order, and with Anahat’s return address noted on the item.

Orders are mailed through Shiprocket to all destinations in your name. This means that upon making your order you are aware of this and you agree that liability for your parcel (i.e. for delay or loss) lies with Shiprocket from the moment it is handed over to them. You can support the smooth arrival by tracking your parcel yourself regularly through the shiprocket tracking services provided to you.

Shopping confirmation- Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive “Your order in now complete” mail from us which means that we have handed over your parcel to shiprocket. Post this, shiprocket will kepp you informed about thie various stages such as ‘order has been picket’, ‘tracking link’, ‘out for delivery sms & email’ and last ‘order has been delivered’ mail & sms.

Delivery point- Your parcel will be delivered by Shiprocket to the shipping address you provided when you made your order. Shirocket will send an OTP before making the delivery which you need to share with the delivery person to make sure that it is getting delieverd to the correct address.

Shipping time- Approximate shipping time for destination within India is 2-7 days. Local Holidays apply.

Check the status of your order- order successful: Once your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation to the email id you provided when you made your order. Please make sure you enter an accurate email ID.

Order shipped: Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation- “Your order in now complete” mail from Anahat Unnati. This usually happens 1-3 business days after your order confirmation. Local holidays apply.

Delivery status: After we ship your order- Shiprocket will inform you when they pick up your consignment from us. They will also provide a tracking id to track your consignment. They will proivde a :out for delivery” mail/sms & whatsapp to keep you informed about the arrival of the order.

Shipping expenses- Our shipping charges are standard and linked to the best possible shipping service in India in terms of price and delivery success rate. Shipping charges are applicable for all products on our website. Shipping rate is not standard depends on the city & location.

Lost package policy- In case after 18 days you have not received your order, please: track your parcel online (using shiprockets tracking link) also feel free to get in touch with us on info@anahatunnati.com or anahat.solutions@gmail.com. Parcels are considered lost if they don’t reach within 21 working days after shipment. If that is the case, please contact us regarding your order at info@anahatunnati.com.

Incorrect address policy- You are responsible for making sure that you provide an accurate shipping address when you make your order in the online shop. This is the address we will use to book your order. In case you notice that the shipping address you provided is incorrect, i.e. when you review your order confirmation email, please contact us immediately at info@anahatunnati.org.

In case your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we can repost it at your expense. Reshipment is only available once your parcel has been returned to us.

Unclaimed parcel policy- In case your parcel is returned to us because you did not keep track of claiming it in time before your local post office sends it back, we ask you to bear the extra costs. Reshipment is only available once your parcel has been returned to us.
